Cocktails use Thai ingredients, such as banana roti with Martell VSOP and mango sticky rice with Monkey Shoulder, and the food menu runs from gilda and cold cuts to beef tongue and Thai wagyu katsu sando. The bar was named global No. 1 for alfresco and biophilic design at the 2025 Restaurants and Bars Design Awards.
